- “Credits” are the virtual currency you purchase to use functions within our app.
- “We”, “us”, “our” refers to AIKIPI AS, operators of the Hydra App.
- “You”, “your” refers to the individual accessing or using the app and purchasing credits.
Purchases and Payments
- Credits Purchases: Credits for using app functions may be purchased through Apple App Store on iOS devices, Google Play on Android devices and through Lemon Squeezy on the Web client. Prices are displayed within each platform and may vary.
- Payment Process:
- Web Purchases: Transactions made on our website are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Users must comply with Lemon Squeezy’s terms and policies, including any transaction fees and refund policies.
- Apple App Store Purchases: Transactions on iOS devices are processed through the Apple App Store, and users are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions, including their refund policy.
- Google Play Purchases: Transactions on Android devices are processed through Google Play, and users must comply with Google Play’s terms and policies, including any refund criteria.
Refund Policy
- Web Purchases (Lemon Squeezy): Refunds are managed by Lemon Squeezy, according to their guidelines. Users who wish to request a refund for web purchases should contact Lemon Squeezy’s customer service directly. See our detailed Refund Policy for additional guidance.
- Apple App Store Purchases: Refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted through Apple’s support services, as they control the payment process and refund policies.
- Google Play Purchases: Refunds for Android purchases are managed by Google Play and must be requested through Google’s support.
Using Credits
- Credits are deducted on a per-use basis as you utilize the functions of the app.
- The rate at which credits are consumed for each function are presented here and subject to change.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
