- Purchases through Lemon Squeezy (Web client): All purchases made on the Hydra App website are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be granted for purchases made in error, if the user cannot access credits due to technical issues confirmed by our support, or if the app fails to deliver services as described.
- Refund Timeframe: Requests should be made within 14 days of the purchase.
- Process: Contact Lemon Squeezy through their support portal to initiate a refund. Lemon Squeezy’s policies will dictate the refund decision and timeline.
- Apple App Store Purchases: Refunds for purchases on iOS devices are managed by Apple.
- Eligibility and Process: Users should refer to Apple’s support for refund eligibility, conditions, and processes. Refunds must be requested through Apple, not directly through the Hydra App.
- Google Play Purchases: Refunds for purchases on Android devices are managed by Google Play.
- Eligibility and Process: Users must refer to Google Play’s support for refund eligibility and processes. Refund requests must be directed to Google Play, per their terms and conditions.
